Legal Information

Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using the HandyCash website and services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Continued use of the HandyCash platform indicates acceptance of all applicable policies. These terms apply to all users, including borrowers and visitors. We may update these terms periodically.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to apply for a loan and must be an Indian resident with valid KYC documents.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of the application or other action as applicable. Eligibility criteria may vary according to applicable policies.

Loan Application

Submission of a loan application does not guarantee approval. Approval is subject to eligibility, verification and credit evaluation.

An application may be accepted or rejected based on the applicable assessment. The eligible loan amount and tenure may vary. Users should carefully review the applicable loan agreement before accepting a loan offer.

Interest & Charges

Interest rates and applicable fees may vary based on the borrower's profile, loan amount, tenure and applicable loan terms.

Processing fees, applicable taxes and other charges may apply. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) represents the applicable annualised cost of borrowing. Users should carefully review all charges disclosed in the loan documents before accepting the loan.

Repayment

Borrowers are responsible for repaying the loan on or before the applicable due date. Late or missed payments may attract applicable charges and may affect the borrower's credit profile.

The applicable repayment amount, schedule and due date will be communicated through the relevant loan documents.

Prepayment

Prepayment may be permitted subject to the applicable loan terms. Users should confirm the outstanding amount before making a prepayment.

The loan will be considered closed only after the complete outstanding amount has been received and applicable closure requirements have been fulfilled.

Credit Bureau Authorization

By submitting an application, users authorize applicable credit checks and verification as part of the loan assessment process.

Repayment information may be reported to applicable credit bureaus in accordance with applicable processes. Delayed or missed payments may affect the user's credit profile.

Data Privacy

Personal information is collected and used in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy, including for verification, processing and servicing purposes.

Appropriate measures are used to protect customer information. Users should review the HandyCash Privacy Policy for further information regarding the collection and use of personal data.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and current information and for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity or unauthorized use is prohibited. Users are responsible for activities performed through their account.

Cancellation

Applications may be cancelled before approval, subject to the applicable process. Once a loan has been disbursed, cancellation may be subject to the applicable loan agreement and policies.

Discontinuing use of the platform does not remove any outstanding repayment obligations. Users may contact HandyCash for assistance regarding cancellation requests.

Third-Party Services

Third-party service providers may be used for activities such as identity verification, payment processing and other operational requirements.

Third-party services may be governed by their own applicable terms and policies. Delays or interruptions caused by external service providers may be outside our direct control.

Communication

Users may receive calls, emails, SMS or other communications relating to their application, account, loan servicing, repayment and other transactional requirements.

Promotional communications may be sent where applicable and subject to user consent and applicable communication preferences.

All applicable trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HandyCash shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Banking delays, network interruptions, third-party service issues or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect the availability or timing of certain services.

Suspension of Account

Access to an account may be restricted or suspended in the event of policy violations, suspected fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform or other applicable reasons.

Suspension or termination of platform access does not waive any outstanding loan or repayment obligation.

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be revised or updated from time to time. Updated terms will be made available through the website.

Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
